FLOAT


The art of Vinyasa is the art of transition... how you approach things and how you let them go. The final expression of the posture is a culmination of the approach you took to get there, the strength of the posture is expressed in how gracefully you can let go of it. 

We get distracted by the goal, the label and need to remember that the way you approach it and move through it is more important than the title of it or the shape of it in one instant.

This will be a Vinyasa workshop, focusing on smoothing transitions between poses and breaking down certain poses so that they can be used as transitions. The focus will be on breathing life and awareness into the space between the poses. We will offer plenty of twists, back bends, and arms balances. This is an all levels workshop but some yoga experience is recommended
